I haven't received a tracking email yet — what should I do?
Tracking details are sent via email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received anything, please check your spam/junk folder. Still nothing? Reach out to our support team, we’re happy to help.
My tracking link isn’t working — is something wrong?
Not at all! It can take 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update. Please check back a bit later, most links activate within that time.
My order says “Fulfilled” or “Confirmed” but there’s no tracking info — what does that mean?
This means your order has been packed and shipped. The tracking may still be syncing with the courier. Give it a little time, it’s on its way!
The tracking hasn’t moved in days — is there something wrong?
Tracking updates can sometimes lag, especially during weekends or holidays. If it hasn’t moved for over 3 business days, feel free to contact us and we’ll investigate what's going on!
My package says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it — what now?
We recommend checking with neighbors or your building's delivery area first. Couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a few hours early. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, get in touch and we’ll help track it down.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We’ll do our best, but we can’t promise address changes. Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, it’s not always possible to update the address before your package ships. Once an order has been dispatched, the address can no longer be changed. If you need to make a change, please contact usas soon as possible.
