What sets TØTE apart from other brands?

We started TØTE because we couldn’t find a bag that had the right balance: clean design, practical structure, and built for everyday movement. Most bags were either overengineered or underwhelming, missing that sweet spot between style and function. So we designed our own. TØTE bags are minimal but not plain, organized without clutter, and durable enough to go wherever life takes you. We believe your bag should keep up, and look good doing it.

Where do you ship?

When will I receive my order?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your package anytime on our Tracking Page using your tracking number or order number. If the tracking doesn’t update right away, don’t worry — it can take 24–48 hours to activate after shipping.

My order says “Fulfilled” or “Confirmed.” What does that mean?

This means your order has been shipped and is on its way to you! Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always free — no minimum spend required.

What if my package gets lost in transit?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is processed. For the fastest processing and shipping times, the shipping process begins immediately after your order is placed. Once the shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent, no changes can be made. Please contact our customer service team at info@totelabel.com, and we will try to accommodate your request.

How do I return my order?
